Kappa Effect addresses the experience of travel within communities and landscape, exploring how landscape, architecture and community development may be perceived from various points of view, such as that of a commuter, pedestrian, recreationist or tourist. These drawings appear as landscapes, however the subject of these drawings is that of time and place. The specific locations these drawings are inspired from include: Toledo, Ohio; Breckenridge, Colorado; Vail, Colorado.
